Organic white balsamic made from green grapes from the area of Emilia-Romagna. This balsamic is not aged, which gives it an intense and fruity taste. It contains no added sugar, dyes or other additives and is well served with olive oil for a green salad, drizzled over potatoes, vegetables or fish cooked in the oven. It too is great drizzled over a fruit salad –especially good with orange, melon and strawberries.

Organic grape must, organic white wine vinegar, organic balsamic vinegar from Modena 1% (organic cooked grape must, organic white wine vinegar). Best before: See label. Storage: Store in a cool, dark place, not above room temperature and with the cork in. Source separation: To be separated at source as glass packaging. Cork as plastic.
