Aceto Balsamico Nero
An organic I.G.P. –labelled balsamic made from sun ripened red grapes from the area of Emilia-Romagna. The balsamic is stored in Modenaand contains no added sugar, dyes, or other additives.
It is well served with olive oil for a classic caprese or drizzled over a green salad, but it too is excellent in sauces and stews, or drizzled over a piece of grilled meat with a little fling of salt. Unexpectedly, drizzled over a good vanilla ice cream, the Aceto Balsamico Nero will send you to heaven.

Organic cooked grape must, organic vinegar. Acidity: 6%. Best before: See label. Storage: Store in a cool, dark place, not above room temperature and with the cork in. Source separation: To be separated at source as glass packaging. Cork as plastic.
