These terms and conditions apply to the use of the nordicelements.com Website and by accessing this Website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms and conditions you may not use or access this Website.
Before you place an order, if you have any questions relating to these terms and conditions please contact us by e-mail info@nordicelements.com or call us on 0844 561 6029 between 9am-5pm. Please note that all calls will be charged at the local rate (BT users only, other network charges may vary).
Placing an order
We aim to dispatch your order within two business days (48 hours) from when you placed your order. You should receive the order within 7 business days from the time of dispatch, depending on your location.
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
If you are ordering from outside the UK mainland, please contact us first to obtain delivery charges and confirmation.
Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You sign up for an account following the instructions on-line
- You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
- We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Nordic Elements Limited.
- As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a dispatch confirmation email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Order cancellation.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
The contract will be concluded in English.

Charged at £3.50 per order. Please tick the "Gift Wrap" box next to the desired item in your shopping bag.
Delivery and handling charges
Standard delivery: £4.95 per order
Express delivery: £7.95 per order
(by 1pm following day of order)

Standard delivery: £10.00 per order
Express delivery: £20.50 per order (by 1pm following day of order)
Please note that nordicelements.com cannot accommodate multiple delivery addresses. If you want to purchase several items and have each of them sent to a different address, you will have to make separate purchases. Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. Boxes.
VAT
All prices are inclusive of UK VAT at 17.5%
Stock & back orders
There may be times when something you order turns out not to be available. We will inform you by e-mail of that situation and tell you how long the lead time expected for the item to come back in stock. At that point you can choose to cancel the order or if you wish and we will refund you the full amount.
Description of products
We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information is entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product descriptions appearing on this website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. The colour reproduction is a close representation but variations in the actual product may occur.

Order cancellation
You may cancel an order within 24 hours from the time that your original order was placed. Please send an e-mail to info@nordicelements.com notifying us that you would like to have an order cancelled. Please make sure to supply us with detailed information (i.e. your name, your order number, etc.). You will be sent a confirmation message stating that we have cancelled that order for you. If you do not receive this confirmation message we have already shipped your order to you, in this case please follow the procedure set out in our Returns procedure.
Return Policy
Products purchased from nordicelements.com may be returned within 14 days of purchase if in original condition and in original undamaged packaging.
If the product has not been returned to us in a fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for goods damaged in the post when being returned to us. Also, please ensure to get proof of dispatch from the post office. A refund of the delivery charge will only be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.
Please contact us by e-mail; info@nordicelements.com or call us on 0844 561 6029 between 9am - 5pm to obtain a return authorisation code. When returning your item/s please include a copy of the order form sent with the goods and ensure the return authorisation code is clearly marked on the form.
If the product is defective, e-mail; info@nordicelements.com or call us on 0844 561 6029 between 9am - 5pm and we will arrange to have the product collected from you. Returns should be sent to:
