How to order


We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 business days (48 hours) from when you placed the order, or if placed on a weekend, the following business day. You should receive your order within 7 business days from the time of dispatch depending on your location.

Select your chosen product/s and follow the check-out procedure. Once your payment has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email from the Payment provider and one from Nordic Elements to confirm your order has been received.

Once the order has been shipped you will receive another confirmation email from us with a tracking number and estimated time of arrival.


Non-acceptance of an order may be the result of the following:


Out of stock

We aim to have the anticipated new stock date listed on the product page where the specific product is out of stock. At times there may be a product ordered which turns out not to be available. In this instance we will inform you asap by email with an estimated delivery date. At that point you can choose to cancel the order and we will refund you the full amount. Alternatively, you can also pre-order to ensure that you receive the product asap, please email us with your requirements.


Special Order

Some of our products are classified as ‘Special Order’, these are non-returnable and refundable unless damaged on arrival. In that case please refer to the Damaged/Faulty clause above. So please ensure that you are happy with the product information before you place your order. If you need any further information, please email us with your questions.


Promotion Codes

Iff you have a promotion code, please ensure that your voucher is valid for the items and within the dates stated with the code. The promotion codes cannot be combined with other codes.  Simply just enter your code at checkout and the relevant discount will be added.


Order Change

If you wish to change anything on your order, please contact us by email within 48 hours of ordering and we will aim to make the required changes, this will of course depends on whether or not your order has been dispatched, but again we will always do our best. Please ensure to enclose your order number and name.
